AML Consulting is a firm dedicated to assisting people in moving their lives forward. We work with our Board of Influencers (BIF) to assist us in providing relevant and useful tools and interventions to enhance the lives of our clients. The CEO and the BIF collaborate to increase the leadership potential of AML Consulting's clientèle.

I am the senior executive coach on our team and the lead brand management consultant. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients in helping them to successfully navigate the varying terrains of their lives. I have 15+ years of experience in designing, leading and managing training and development programs, executive and life coaching, strategic and succession planning, as well as brand and product development and management. I am also an ICF certified coach.
I serve as the lead Project Manager (PM) for all AML Consulting projects. As PM it is my honor to serve all of our clients with client centric services. I am a senior level certified PM and also have over 10+ years experience in urban planning and development.

I am responsible for all product and merchandising efforts for AML Consulting as well as assisting our clientèle with their marketing needs. I am also responsible for all of AML's social media and client facing touch points. I have 7+ years experience in social media and marketing strategies.
I am responsible for managing the revenue generating processes of AML's brand and business. I also serve as the lead account manager. I work closely with our Board of Influencers to identify client development opportunities as well as business development strategies we share with our clients. I am a former VP with a fortune 500 organization and have 12+ years experience in the field of client services.
